Previously Bali Hyatt, the Sanur-situated property has reopened under the label of Hyatt Regency Bali following a five-year makeover project.
Bali Hyatt has relaunched as Hyatt Regency Bali after a five-year renovation. Continuing its true legacy of hospitality, the refurbished property evokes the same sense of luxury for travellers and maintains its celebrated Balinese aesthetic from forty-five years ago, when the establishment first opened its doors.
Twenty-two minutes from Ngurah Rai International Airport, the destination is centrally located in the heart of Sanur and fully integrated into the local community. Patrons can expect an idyllic atmosphere filled with fishermen at work and families on scooters amidst yoga studios, cafés, and nature’s rewards.
Spread across more than 20 acres of land adorned by lush gardens and some 500 species of fauna, the location affords a picturesque vista while situated on the widest beachfront in the area. With 363 guestrooms, suites with private balconies overlooking vast green or the Indian Ocean are part of the allure.
Hyatt Regency Bali accommodations reflect authenticity with carved banyan wood and bamboo panelling, alongside fixtures and furniture that match the rusticity of the place. An onsite club lounge boasts private concierge services and complimentary breakfast as well as evening cocktails and canapés.
An Indonesian treasure, the revamped venue takes visitors up stone steps and into an open-air reception area. Thatched using elephant grass, its updated design also delivers a combination of batik printing blocks and repurposed sculptures. Materials and techniques were carefully selected to depict tranquility and beauty side by side.
“We are thrilled to reintroduce this iconic property. Reflective of a brand that seeks to connect guests to what matters to them most, Hyatt Regency Bali offers a top leisure retreat with a vast array of amenities,” said David Udell, Group President, Asia Pacific for Hyatt Hotels Corporation.
