Pizza Hut Rewards 2

Pizza Hut is making it possible to earn more rewards than ever with the August 1st launch of “Hut Rewards”, a national pizza loyalty program. This rewards system has been a long time coming for the brand that serves and delivers the most pizza in the world, and it’s worth the wait. Hut Rewards is the only loyalty program that offers unlimited points—and it’s making a digital play, with two points for every dollar spent online. After collecting 200 points (spending $100 before taxes), you are eligible for a free medium pizza of any recipe, with any toppings. Likewise, after collecting 250 points (spending $125 before taxes), you can trade them in for a large pizza, again, of any recipe with any toppings. This point system makes it very possible for customers to obtain a free pizza following just one purchase. Jeff Fox, Chief Brand and Concept Officer for Pizza Hut U.S., denotes it as “The fastest, easiest way to receive free pizza.” To generate interest and excitement for the launch of Hut Rewards, Pizza Hut is offering double rewards (4 points per $1 spent) on all food from Aug. 10th through Oct. 1st.

Becoming a member of Hut Rewards is easy, and all managed through the Pizza Hut website. All it requires is a Pizza Hut account (if you don’t already have one) and enrolling. Once this process is complete, you may begin earning rewards immediately along with other benefits (exclusive offers, birthday rewards, etc.). Points can only be obtained or redeemed through online or mobile orders, but not to burst your pizza bubble, customers are responsible for taxes, and delivery charges/minimums that apply when redeeming their points.

The 14,000 drivers that Pizza Hut plans on adding by years’ end will be instrumental in helping Hut Rewards take off. The launch will also go hand-in-hand with the digital improvements the brand has seen over the past year. These enhancements include a delivery tracker and text alerts with updates on delivery status, decreasing the need to reopen an app or web browser. Additionally, there are countless easy-ordering options, from Amazon Alexa voice service to Facebook and Twitter chatbots, a one-button reorder function, Visa Checkout fast-pay, and much more. Pizza Hut has shown constant commitment to revamping their brand across all touchpoints and creating an efficient and user-friendly pizza ordering process.
