Old Navy Debuts Plus Collection in 75 Stores in Latest Campaign

Old Navy confidence-boosting “Size YES” campaign celebrates inclusive size range for all customers

As a continuation of the brand’s commitment to the democracy of style and its inclusive “Size YES” campaign, Old Navy announced today that it will bring its online Plus collection into 75 stores, offering a physical touchpoint for customers to experience the speciality line. In addition to the convenience of offering Plus in select stores, customers can now order the Plus line from any store and receive free shipping.

The brand creates products designed to fit and flatter every body and currently offers one of the broadest size ranges in the industry with over 200 sizes across divisions. The brand recently launched the “Size YES” campaign to celebrate its inclusive size proposition and desire for everyone to participate in fashion, with styles made for them in the sizes they need.

The brand’s women’s line is offered in 74 different sizes and 8 different lengths, spanning sizes 0-30, XS-XXL, 1x-4x in Regular, Petite, Tall, Short & Long. In addition to the women’s speciality lines of Plus and Petite, the brand also offers men’s Big and Tall; boys Husky and Slim; and girls Plus and Slim. With its inclusive size range, Old Navy can confidently say to shoppers – “YES, we have your size,” and wants all customers to know – “whatever the tag says, you are always a size YES to us.”

The brand has been a longtime champion of the Plus customer, offering sizes to serve her since the brand’s inception in 1994. For over 14 years, the retailer has designed a speciality Plus collection, which is not simply larger sizes of the brand’s mainline, but is rather a unique line made to flatter curves and ensure ease of movement through design and fabric innovation. The dedicated speciality Plus design team uses curve-proud fit models and considers unique proportions to deliver on ideal comfort, hold and fit.

The collection integrates curve-flattering elements and specialised fabric innovations to give customers the coverage and cuts she loves, including wider straps, adjusted necklines and longer hems for extra coverage; body-boosting tailoring and defined waistlines; curve-loving stretch fabrics; booty-enhancing pockets; shape-contouring waistbands; made-to-measure proportions for the perfect fit; and leg-lengthening seams. The Plus specialty collection is offered in sizes 16-30 and 1x-4x.

In order to further expand size accessibility, Old Navy will be introducing the Plus collection, previously only available online, into 75 select stores. The dedicated Plus shop will live on the women’s floor and will have Plus-specific mannequins, marketing photography and signage.

Continuing to enrich the omnichannel shopping experience, the brand will also offer free shipping for the Plus collection when ordered from any store. The brand offers free returns by mail or in stores, for both the Plus collection and all other merchandise.
