Watch out Racing Video Games, Driving Simulators could be the New High-Tech Entertainment
Every year, Nintendo, PlayStation, Sony, and Microsoft come out with newer and better gaming systems and upgrades. The newest additions to the market include systems like the Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and PS4.
Many of the new systems use motion sensors to create a video gamer’s dream gaming experience. While video games will always be on the market, the release of virtual reality devices and platforms like Eleetus’ driving simulators, may become a more major mainstream form of electronic entertainment.
More so than most video game consoles, racing and aviation simulators move and rotate with the player as they take part in the game. Eleetus, one of the companies that supplies these simulators for home owners, recreation rooms, and arcades offers flight simulators that move 40 degrees in all directions as it would in a more real life experience.
The capabilities of flight simulators include the ability to mimic g-force conditions as players view their flight path on a three HD screen system. Gamers can drive BMW M3 Coupes on Germany’s Nürburgring Grand Prix Circuit, or compete with 50 rally cars in an off road racing rally, or choose from a larger selection of vehicles to drive in more life like conditions.
A number of motion simulator models also have the capabilities of integrating with other electronic systems including smart phones, tablets, and the recently released Oculus Rift Virtual Reality Head Set.
Gaming consoles created like Microsoft’s Project Scorpio Gaming Console will always be an option for hobbyist gamers around the globe. However, as virtual reality becomes a larger force in electronic entertainment, we may start seeing more and more simulators like the Eleetus motion sim making their appearance in videogame collections, recreation rooms, and homes across America.
